For products available in our e-shop please check below estimated time of delivery :

Attika region and District capitals : 2-7 working days.

For more remote areas time of delivery may vary.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES 

All orders are shipped with GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI courier services.

Free shipping for orders over 75€.

For orders under 75€, shipping charges are 4€.

For payment on delivery there is an extra cost of 2€ for orders up to 75€.

For orders over 75€, there is no extra cost for payment on delivery.

 

RETURNS :

In case you are not satisfied by  product purchased, you can contact us within 30days of purchase date stated on receipt.

To accept returns products :

• must not be used
• must not be washed
• must be in ther original packaging followed by all document sent with.(receipt, bill of lading)

For products such as pillows and mattress protectors, returns cannot be accepted to hygiene rules.

In case of faulty product or mistaken shipment all shipping costs are covered by our company, in any other case all shipping costs

are paid by customer.
